Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• At least 3 months of outpatient experience, or 1 year of Physical Therapist experience in other settings

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 0800-1630
• Work days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri
• Open to 4x10s
• Must be open to 2 evenings per week
• Assignment length: 13 to 26 weeks
• EMR: Raintree
• 3 hours of HealthStream modules required prior to start

Athol, Massachusetts offers access to outdoor recreation and regional travel options in north-central Massachusetts. The town sits near Tully Lake Campground and is about 10 miles from Erving State Forest, making it a practical fit for clinicians who enjoy hiking, paddling, and quiet wooded settings.
