Technical Program / Operations Lead — Build the System That Builds the Future of Housing We’re entering a new era of homebuilding — where affordability, sustainability, and beautiful design actually coexist. Geoship is building factory-produced bioceramic geodesic homes designed to outperform traditional housing in cost, efficiency, and environmental impact. Think Buckminster Fuller meets breakthrough materials science. Instead of boxes, we’re building highly efficient domes made from earth-friendly bioceramics engineered to last for generations. After completing a successful prototype and raising seed funding, the team is now preparing to deliver its first flagship home: The Amma Dome — a market-ready 2-bed, 2-bath, 1,620 sq ft bioceramic home scheduled for completion in 2026. They’re hiring a highly technical, systems-driven operator to help make that happen. ️ The Role This isn’t a traditional ops leadership track. It’s a hands‑on technical execution role for someone who loves building systems, removing friction, and driving complex programs to completion. You’ll work at the center of engineering, manufacturing, product design, and supply chain — creating the structure and tooling that keeps everything aligned and moving fast. Drive the Amma Dome program Own the integrated master schedule Align cross‑functional teams to the critical path Surface risks early and eliminate blockers Turn ambiguity into clear, trackable execution Build the operating systems Architect planning + production systems (Google Sheets power user) Configure and optimize Odoo (MRP, inventory, purchasing) Automate workflows with lightweight Python Build dashboards + reporting for real‑time visibility Replace manual coordination with scalable systems Use AI aggressively to improve planning, documentation, and throughput What They’re Looking For 3+ years as an engineer, TPM, or technical program lead Strong systems thinker who loves building operational infrastructure Exceptional with Google Sheets (advanced modeling/logic) Experience with Odoo or similar ERP/MRP systems Basic Python for automation + data workflows Background in hardware, manufacturing, advanced production, or construction tech preferred Comfortable in startup ambiguity and biased toward action What Success Looks Like First Amma Dome delivered on schedule Teams operating from shared, real‑time systems Dramatically reduced manual coordination Faster execution without adding headcount $150K–$200K salary + meaningful equity Relocation support to Grass Valley, CA Full healthcare coverage Opportunity to help reinvent how homes are built #J-18808-Ljbffr
