Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Manage a caseload of clients, maintaining rapport and trust through effective communication and professional boundaries. \n
- Conduct regular sessions to evaluate client progress, address concerns, and plan discharge when medically appropriate. \n
- Create, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive client assessments. \n
- Document each client’s progress thoroughly to ensure compliance with best practices and facilitate continuity of care. \n
- Perform intake assessments to gather essential health and psychosocial information for developing tailored treatment plans. \n
Your clientele will include a diverse range of individuals seeking support for various mental health challenges. You may work with adults and children dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other psychological distress. Understanding the unique cultural, social, and economic backgrounds of each client is critical to developing effective therapeutic relationships and treatment plans.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required. \n
- Current and active LPC licensure without restrictions for independent practice in Georgia. \n
- A minimum of two years of professional experience working in a clinical outpatient setting following postgraduate education. \n
- Proficient in computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY. \n
- \n
- Experience with evidence-based therapeutic practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). \n
- Capability in conducting psycho-educational group sessions and workshops. \n
- Background in working with children, adolescents, and families. \n

- Competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. \n
