\n You ll practice in the only Level III NICU in the region , housed within a state of the art Women and Children s Pavilion designed to support the most fragile patients and the clinicians who care for them.\n

\n Practice Highlights \n

• Level III NICU with 30 private rooms

  \n Average daily census of 25 NICU patients \n

\n
• \n

  \n Approximately 4,500 annual deliveries \n

\n
• Attend high risk deliveries and provide coverage in a 30 bed well baby nursery
\n
• 24 hour shifts , averaging 7 8 shifts per month for excellent work life balance
\n
• \n

  \n Collaborative team of 4 neonatologists and 4 NNPs \n

• On site MFM support , pediatric surgeons, and multiple pediatric subspecialties affiliated with Nemours
\n
