Senior MEP Estimator - Cost, Bids & Value Engineering

CLMI Group

CLMI Group is seeking seasoned construction cost estimators to join our PMO team in Los Angeles. The role involves preparing comprehensive cost estimates for complex building projects, including MEP systems, and evaluating bids and change orders. The ideal candidate has at least ten years of experience, with 5–7 years dedicated to MEP estimating, and a BS/BA in a related field or equivalent experience. Travel to sites is required as needed.
