Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Active South Carolina Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS Certification required from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting preferred; SNF experience is strongly preferred by the client. Familiarity with NetHealth and PointClickCare documentation systems preferred. Assistants expected productivity knowledge: 90% productivity expectation; ability to work within productivity standards. Resume required to submit as a substitute; candidate must be prepared to provide an updated resume. Preferred candidates will have prior experience treating post-acute and long-term care populations. Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Typical Schedule: Monday through Friday, with option to flex under certain circumstances. Documentation Systems: NetHealth and PointClickCare. Floating: Candidate may be expected to float to other facility locations as needed. The area offers proximity to the Swamp Rabbit Trail, a 22-mile multi-use trail system, and is within a one-hour drive of Paris Mountain State Park, which features mountain biking and scenic overlooks. Greenville’s downtown is a 20- to 30-minute drive and provides restaurants, Falls Park on the Reedy, cultural venues, and a regional airport within a short commute. The location fits a suburban lifestyle with easy access to urban entertainment, outdoor adventures, and regional travel options.
