What Youll Do

• Provide high-quality tree care, including pruning, removals, and cable bracing, as part of a crew.
• Safely operate climbing gear, chainsaws, and other essential equipment.
• Apply proper pruning techniques and general tree care practices.
• Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and protocols.
• Deliver excellent service to clients while upholding professional standards.

What Were Looking For

• Valid U.S. drivers license with a clean DMV record.
• Authorization to lawfully work in the U.S.
• Ability to perform physically active work, including climbing trees and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Commitment to learning and developing tree climbing skills (without spurs).
• Interest in mastering proper pruning techniques and tree care safety standards.
• Eagerness to learn about tree and shrub species identification.
• A desire to learn chainsaw and equipment operation.
