Job Title: Dental Treatment Coordinator Are you a person with a passion for dental care and making a difference? If so, Costa Verde Dental is looking for a Dental Treatment Coordinator to help guide our patients through their treatment journey with empathy and expertise. Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 6:30am-2:30pm lunch exemption, Wednesday 6:30-5:30pm with 1 hour lunch break from 1-2pm. To prosper as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you should possess the following: At least 3 years of dental experience Solid computer skills and comfort with technology Experience with Dentrix (Dentrix Ascend) preferred Personable and professional communication skills Stellar time management and organizational skills Experience with Microsoft Office More about your role as a Dental Treatment Coordinator: Plan dental treatment and discuss a financial plan with patients Schedule and confirm appointments; dental receptionist duties Update patient personal insurance information Enter payments and personal insurance onto patient accounts Prepare daily deposits Run A/R reports and insurance If you're ready to be part of a team that genuinely cares about its patients and employees, we'd love to hear from you!
