Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to perform medical assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process. Key Responsibilities Include Conducting in-person disability assessments for Veterans. Reviewing and analyzing electronic medical records via a secure web portal. Accurately documenting exam findings and completing VA forms. Providing medical opinions based on assessment findings. This role does not involve treatment or medication prescribing . The position requires an active, unrestricted license , proficiency with electronic documentation , and a compassionate, professional demeanor. The schedule is Monday-Thursday, with a caseload of 3-5 Veterans per day . Equipment and training are provided. Qualifications Active NP or PA license. Comfortable using technology for record review and documentation. Strong analytical and time management skills. Empathetic and professional interaction with Veterans.
