Build the components that bring performances to life In this role, you’ll contribute to the fabrication of professional theatrical equipment—turning raw material and detailed drawings into finished assemblies that stand up to the spotlight. Your impact From the first read of a work order to the final weld, you’ll ensure each structure and piece is cut, drilled, and assembled to exact specifications. Your accuracy keeps productions safe, smooth, and show-ready. Core responsibilities Interpret blueprints and work orders to plan each fabrication step. Measure, mark, cut, and drill materials with repeatable precision. Weld and assemble components into complete, stage-ready structures. Skills you’ll use every day Experience in fabrication and confident use of shop tools and machinery. Strong welding capability across production tasks. Blueprint reading and tape measure reading proficiency.
