Not Your Average Joe's is hiring a General Manager! Job Overview As the General Manager of Not Your Average Joe's, you will oversee all aspects of the location. The hospitality, training, staffing, food quality, sanitation, and overall financial health of the restaurnant. Reporting to the Regional Director you will oversee all manager, chefs and hourly positions, providing leadership and ensuring the consistent execution of our quality standards, operating systems, procedures, philosophies, and culture. You will be the lead in local store marketing and ne responsible for the overall fincancial results of the restaurant.
