The Purpose: We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer who brings technical expertise, strong problem‑solving abilities, and a passion for precision manufacturing. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing organization where innovation, efficiency, and quality are key drivers of success. The CNC Programmer will play a critical role in developing and optimizing programs, supporting design initiatives, and ensuring high‑quality production standards. In addition, this individual will collaborate closely with the CNC and CAD teams to enhance workflows, improve processes, and support the overall success of operations. The Job: Program and manage CNC machines Design, develop, and produce various custom items Perform maintenance and preventive care on CNC machine Work with other departments to ensure the consistency and accuracy Produce accurate designs using Autocad and Router‑CIM Work as a part of a team to ensure all designs meet standards and are in compliance Optimize cost, quality, manufacturability, delivery, and functions of designs. Provide design ideas and solutions Troubleshoot and determine alternative build methods to save cost and time The Person: Conceptual skills and Process Improvement Strong written and verbal communication Functional and Technical Skills Controls and Instrumentation Supply Management Tooling and Coordination Inventory Control Attention to Detail and Judgement Advanced computer proficiency Competency with latest version of AutoCAD and 3D Modeling. Competency with Autodesk Inventor and McNeel Rhino a plus Capable and experienced in managing and performing projects in a fast‑paced environment.
