You'll set the standard by leading from the front, driving sales, and cultivating a culture of excellence.Experienced: Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in retail management within a dynamic and hands-on environment.Dependable: With our store open 7 days a week, we need reliable individuals who are available for 40 hours per week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Flexibility to work both opening and closing shifts is essential. A dependable mode of transportation and a valid driver's license are required.Outgoing Personality: We're seeking individuals who have a sense of humor and genuinely enjoy interacting with kids (actual kids and the adult kind), helping customers stroll down memory lane, and creating memorable experiences.Works Well with Others: Friendly, fun, and easy-going; understands the impact of their actions on the entire team.
