Highlights Pay: $101,900.00 - $155,390.00 Location: Cleveland, OH Facility: Cleveland Clinic Department/Unit: Pediatric Infusion Center and Hematology/Oncology Clinic Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You'll Do Manage practice of professional nursing and delivery of nurse care on assigned unit. Establish clinical direction for nursing care delivery and provide clinical supervision. Collaborate with liaison departments to maintain patient care standards. Develop quality initiatives and implement policies for efficient health service delivery. Maintain JCAHO and other regulatory standards. Analyze personnel structure and determine staffing needs. Provide direction and supervision, evaluate performance, and conduct selection processes. Actively promote staff and self-development. Participate in clinical nursing research and support foundation research activities. Approve purchases and assist in budget development and monitoring. Requirements Education Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) required Experience 3 years of recent clinical nursing experience, including at least 1 year of healthcare management experience Licenses & Certifications Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred if in a Critical Care area About Cleveland Clinic Cleveland Clinic is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
