New Patient Liaison

To support a growing remote team, the full-time New Patient Liaison will respond to inquiries from prospective patients, provide information about fertility services, and schedule consultations while ensuring a compassionate and professional experience. Key responsibilities Respond to inbound calls and digital inquiries from prospective patients seeking fertility services Schedule new patient consultations and provide accurate information regarding services and next steps Document patient interactions and maintain compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies Required qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree preferred 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, patient access, call center, or healthcare-related roles Demonstrated ability to communicate with empathy and professionalism in sensitive situations Experience in healthcare, patient scheduling, or fertility services is strongly preferred Bilingual skills are a plus
