A food manufacturing company is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk to support accurate inventory and daily production operations. This position offers a variety of responsibilities across office, warehouse, and production areas in a fast-paced, climate-controlled facility.
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Must be available for overtime, including month-end Saturdays.

A food manufacturing company is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk to support accurate inventory and daily production operations. This position offers a variety of responsibilities across office, warehouse, and production areas in a fast-paced, climate-controlled facility.
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Must be available for overtime, including month-end Saturdays.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review daily production paperwork for accuracy, including job quantities, lot numbers, ingredients, work-in-process (WIP), and inventory movements.
- Process daily inventory transactions for production jobs.
- Research shortages, overages, quantity discrepancies, lot number issues, and other inventory exceptions.
- Work with warehouse, production, receiving, and purchasing teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory adjustments, transactions, and counts.
- Assist with cycle counts and month-end inventory counts.
- Stage and count production jobs, including issuing ingredients and liquids as directed.
- Prepare daily WIP inventory information for management.
- Follow inventory control procedures and suggest practical improvements.
- Provide additional inventory, warehouse, and production support as assigned.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify small errors.
- Good math skills and comfort with quantities, counts, and basic calculations.
- Ability to follow inventory, lot tracking, manufacturing, warehouse, and food safety procedures.
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to learn Aptean Ross.
- Ability to write legibly and maintain accurate paperwork.
- Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple departments.
