Schedule: Full-time leadership position in office, no remote. While business needs may occasionally require additional hours, the schedule is generally Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm.

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to become a key member of our leadership team. This position serves as a strategic business partner to ownership, providing financial leadership, business insight, and operational analysis that supports sound decision-making and the continued growth of the company.

This role is ideal for a financial leader who enjoys helping shape business strategy while overseeing the company's financial operations and maintaining strong financial controls.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Corporate Controller will provide leadership for all financial operations while partnering with ownership to support the company's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead all accounting and financial operations, including the general ledger, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, management reports, and financial analyses for ownership.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, and cash management.
• Develop, implement, and strengthen internal controls, financial procedures, and reporting processes.
• Manage banking relationships, treasury functions, electronic banking, and financing activities.
• Partner directly with ownership on financial planning, profitability analysis, capital investments, and long-term business strategy.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial performance, operational efficiency, and overall business effectiveness.
• Collaborate across departments while maintaining primary responsibility for the company's corporate financial leadership.

The ideal candidate is collaborative, proactive, and capable of balancing day-to-day financial leadership with long-term business planning.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Corporate Controller, Controller, or senior financial leader within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, general ledger, and account reconciliations.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• Proven leadership experience managing, coaching, and developing accounting or office staff.
• Experience managing banking relationships, treasury functions, and electronic banking.
• Asset-Based Lending (ABL) experience is strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Enterprise and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience within manufacturing, metal finishing, plating, or related industrial operations is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
