Northwest Care LLC in Bend, Oregon is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide 24-hour, person-centered support for adults with disabilities. You will assist with daily living activities, meals, mobility, and medication administration, while promoting independence and community involvement. We offer paid training, flexible day, swing, and night shifts, and opportunities for advancement.
