Senior Financial Analyst

A great UHY client is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Finance – Commercial to support and enhance commercial finance activities within a global manufacturing organization. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-backed decision‑making, support pricing and quoting initiatives, and provide financial insights to improve profitability and long‑term value creation. The Sr. Analyst, Finance – Commercial role is a hybrid position offering strong visibility to leadership, the opportunity to build scalable processes, and the ability to contribute to a growing and complex business environment. Sr. Analyst, Finance – Commercial Responsibilities Support the development of scalable commercial finance processes and systems to enable business growth Serve as a financial advisor to commercial and operational leadership teams Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Plant Controllers, and Accounting Challenge assumptions and provide recommendations focused on profitability and long‑term value Support customer pricing and quoting activities, including development of pricing models and templates Perform cost‑to‑produce analysis and full profitability modeling Conduct market analysis and develop “next best alternative” scenarios Perform scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis Review, validate, and track pricing changes and approvals Develop quotes and deliverables within required timelines Support win/loss analysis and capture key commercial insights Analyze customer, product, and segment profitability to identify margin improvement opportunities Evaluate raw material exposure and cost impacts on profitability Analyze monthly and year‑to‑date performance against budget and prior year Support development of financial models, profitability databases, and Power BI dashboards Assist with development and enhancement of CRM tools such as Salesforce Support capital and business case development, including Commercial and special project capital expenditure requests (CERs) Build financial models to evaluate project returns, risks, and strategic alignment Sr. Analyst, Finance – Commercial Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem‑solving skills Experience supporting pricing, quoting, or commercial finance activities preferred Experience within a manufacturing environment preferred Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred) Strong communication and ability to partner cross‑functionally Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment -------------------------------------------------------------------------- #J-18808-Ljbffr
