Requirements

What You'll Do

• Welcome every customer with professionalism, enthusiasm, and urgency.
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs.
• Recommend maintenance and repair services that keep customers safe while protecting the long-term health of their vehicles.
• Prepare clear, accurate repair orders, estimates, and invoices.
• Serve as the communication hub between customers and technicians to ensure efficient, accurate repairs.
• Provide timely updates throughout the repair process while managing expectations with transparency.
• Present maintenance recommendations, manufacturer services, and dealership promotions with confidence and integrity.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives loyalty, referrals, and top Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
• Maintain organized documentation while following dealership and manufacturer processes.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a dealership service environment is preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a high-volume environment.
• Solid understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes.
• Sales-minded professional who thrives on helping customers while achieving performance goals.
• Experience with dealership management systems such as CDK , Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
• Availability to work one weekday evening and Saturdays . We are closed Sundays.
