Position Summary We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to be a leader in a dynamic team of veterinary professionals. The ideal candidate will excel at training and mentoring, possess advanced veterinary skills, and thrive in a fast‑paced, medical‑case–rich environment. Excellent communication, time‑management, and organizational skills are essential. Responsibilities Serve as a mentor to lower‑level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge. Coach team members to be continuously aware and proactive at anticipating and addressing patient and client needs; provide assistance with escalated, stressful situations. Work with hospital leadership to organize technician and assistant meetings. Organize training schedules for Technician staff. Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolution.
