Required skills and qualifications 18 years of age or older 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in wireless or technology Proven track record of driving sales and achieving performance goals Strong ability to coach sales associates on effective solution selling and value-based conversations Ability to recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing team members Passionate about developing others through hands-on coaching, shadowing, and training Strong ability to create a positive, motivating team culture Experience with individual and team-based sales goals Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Actively building community presence by promoting the store, engaging with local organizations, and creating positive visibility for the location.
