Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to restore function and mobility
• Develop individualized treatment plans and update discharge plans of care
• Document patient services accurately and in a timely manner
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs in accordance with practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to optimize patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Graduate from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
• Hold an active state PT license or be able to obtain one
• Excellent communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Flexibility to adapt to different facilities, schedules, and patient needs

Education

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of physical therapy practices and principles
• Patient evaluation and assessment
• Treatment planning and implementation
• Accurate documentation and record-keeping
• Supervision of support staff
• Collaboration with healthcare teams
• Compliance with regulatory standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Clinical reasoning and problem-solving
• Ability to adapt to changing environments
