Work Environment

As an onsite Physical Therapist, you will work within a vibrant rehabilitation facility that fosters a supportive atmosphere for both staff and patients. Our state-of-the-art premises include various treatment modalities, exercise equipment, and private evaluation areas designed to maximize patient comfort and promote effective rehabilitation. You will work Monday through Friday, with a standard schedule from 9 am to 5 pm, providing a balanced work-life environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to accurately assess patients' physical conditions and functional abilities, meticulously documenting findings.
• Create individualized treatment plans based on detailed assessments, aligning strategies with each patient's unique goals and challenges.
• Implement hands-on therapeutic techniques and therapeutic exercise regimens that facilitate recovery, such as mobilization, strengthening, and functional activities.
• Utilize advanced modalities including electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/ice therapy effectively in treatment plans.
• Provide education to patients regarding proper body mechanics, ergonomics, and injury prevention strategies tailored to their lifestyles.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment protocols based on real-time feedback and outcomes.
• Work in collaboration with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to create an integrated approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance and optimal data management regarding treatment interventions and outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in California.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting.

Compensation and Benefits

Revive Physical Therapy offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
