The Executive Chef will manage and support the "At Your Request" Patient Dining program for this 129-bed facility. In this role you will lead a team of about 40 hourly employees, assist in prepping and cooking quality meals, maintain cleanliness and sanitation, direct chefs and/or cooks in proper cooking while providing top level service and embodying our core values of Spirit of Progress, Team Spirit and Spirit of Service. What You'll Do Oversee daily food production across patient dining, café, and catering Manage production planning and operational controls Ensure compliance with Sodexo culinary standards, recipes, and food quality Monitor and control labor and food costs Develop menus and manage inventory Oversee food cost management What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
