StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 8 Pay Rate: $3637.50 - $3937.50

This facility is seeking a Hematology - Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. 

Details and requirements for this opportunity: 

• Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
• Types of Cases: General Hematology - Oncology cases
• Credentialing Timeframe: Expedited privileging for clean history 
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): iKnowMed
• Certifications required: Board Certification, must have Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Active Arizona license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) required

Facility Location
Lake Havasu is known as a party community town and during World War II was a US Army Air Corps camp. “London Bridge” which was brought over from England and completed in 1971 is now a favorite tourist attraction in Lake Havasu. During Spring Break many university students go there on vacation and MTV has featured Lake Havasu twice as a fun social spot to go to.
