Human Resources Assistant

Job Description We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department. Responsibilities Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations Compile reports from personnel databases Review and update HR information system records Enforce company policies, rules and regulations Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants Regularly records/processes timecards Answering incoming phone calls/customer service Qualifications At least four years of experience in Human Resources General knowledge of labor and employment laws Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Strong attention to detail Experience in Microsoft Office Ability to multi-task Company Description Companion Housing Programs, Inc. offers quality housing and services to individuals with developmental disabilities while placing a major emphasis on encouraging independent living skills.
