We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and reliable assistant and cleaner to oversee daily household operations and ensure everything runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, service-oriented, and skilled in managing various responsibilities, ranging from scheduling to household maintenance. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in creating order, solving problems, and providing exceptional support.
Responsibilities
- Daily Tasks:
- Household cleaning and organizing.
- Running errands, including grocery shopping and pick-ups, personal shopping.
- Weekly Tasks:
- Coordinating household shopping.
- Expense tracking.
- Scheduling and overseeing house maintenance or repair services.
- As-Needed Tasks:
- Light outdoor projects and cleaning
Qualifications
- Proven experience in household maintenance.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication abilities and discretion.
- Proficiency in using communication tools like messaging, email, and scheduling software.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid and clean drivers license and own vehicle required.
