Warehouse Selector – Pineville What You’ll Do: You’ll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether you’re loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you’ll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly — from receiving goods, staging inventory, to shipping orders out on time. In This Roll, You'll Safely operate material handling equipment: pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklift) Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product quality Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols Accurately pick, lift, and place products to build pallets per customer orders Operate forklifts/pallet jacks safely in high-traffic warehouse areas Visually inspect and verify all incoming/outgoing product Maintain safety, productivity, and cleanliness standards at all times Read labels, count product, and complete order paperwork Support team with cleaning and additional duties as needed What You’ll Bring Comfort working in varying temperatures including freezer and cooler environments Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred Selector (Picker) Specific: Valid forklift certification / Electric Pallet Jack and 1yr+ of safe equipment operation Strong reading/math skills for labeling, counting, and documentation Use a voice-directed picking system (VoCollect headset) to accurately select and prepare customer orders Schedule & Setting: Full time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer:-5°F to 38°F) Primarily a 4-day work week, start time 4am Must be able to work holidays and weekends Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing/walking for extended period Pay & Benefits Weekly pay ( every Friday) Pay $23.97/hr. + $1,000 Sign- on Bonus Health, dental, and vision coverage after just 30 days 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and more Company-provided uniforms and work shoes WHY JOIN US We're not just in the business of distribution - we're in the business of development.
