Position: Order Selector

Pay Rate: $25.00 /hourly

Location: Oakland, CA

Schedule: 4:00 AM start | Sunday – Thursday, Overtime typically available

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dependable  Order Selector to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced cold storage environment. This role is responsible for accurately selecting, loading, and organizing products while maintaining productivity, safety, and inventory accuracy.

The ideal candidate has strong warehouse experience, is comfortable working in freezer and cooler environments, and can operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform order selecting in  cooler and freezer environments
• Stretch wrap pallets and scan products accurately
• Load pallets into trailers for shipment
• Verify orders for accuracy and quality
• Rotate products and assist with inventory management
• Receive incoming product deliveries
• Operate stand-up forklifts and rider electric pallet jacks safely
• Maintain productivity and follow warehouse safety procedures

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years of related warehouse experience
• 2+ years of  stand-up forklift experience
• 2+ years of  rider electric pallet jack experience
• Cold storage experience required
• Beginner to intermediate computer skills
• Reinforced toe boots/shoes required
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs consistently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety
