Receptionist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at J.F. Taylor, Inc. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for: Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, brochures) Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges) Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock Update calendars and schedule meetings Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and photocopying Position Requirements Excellent verbal communication Good telephone communication etiquette Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Customer service attitude Adept at prioritizing, scheduling and multitasking Ability to handle office equipment, such as the telephone system and printer Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite High school diploma or GED Salary Range: $19-$22 per hour and will commensurate with experience Employment Type: Full-Time Level of Clearance Required: Secret Eligible Request Number: ADM-26-00009 Benefits Four Weeks of Paid Leave Ten Paid Holidays Health Insurance, including Medical, Vision, and Prescription Coverage Company HSA/HRA Contributions Dental Insurance Term Life Insurance Disability Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Matching Contributions IRS Section 125 Flexible Benefits Plan Supplemental Health Coverage Plans Supplemental Disability and Life Insurance Plans Tuition Assistance Reduced Rates for Corporate Fitness Membership J.F.
