Machine Operator | Injection Molding

As an Injection Mold Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly by operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting molding equipment while ensuring quality standards are met. Machine Operator | Injection Molding Duties:

Operate and monitor injection molding machines during production runs
Perform machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting
Inspect finished products and complete quality checks
Document production information and setup parameters
Maintain a clean and organized workspace using 5S standards
Support production efficiency and minimize downtime

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity where you can start with Verstela Staffing and be hired on permanently with long-term growth potential and a team that values reliability, teamwork, and advancement.

Schedule and Pay:

1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7am-3:30pm Pay: $17 per hour
2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 pm–11:30 p.m. Pay: $18.50 per hour
3rd Shift: Monday – Friday, 11:00pm–3:30am Pay: $19.00 per hour

Machine Operator | Injection Molding Requirements:

At least 1 year of manufacturing, machine operation, or mechanical troubleshooting experience
Ability to read, analyze and interpret work instruction.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
Reliable transportation
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk on concrete floors for 8+ hours
