Orchard Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation in Grove City, PA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a consistent PRN opportunity .

As a PTA, you’ll work under the direction of a Physical Therapist to help residents improve their mobility, strength, function, and independence. Responsibilities include:
- Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises and activities to improve strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and functional independence
- Assist residents with transfers, gait training, and functional mobility
- Monitor and document resident progress accurately and timely
- Educate residents and families on exercises, mobility techniques, and safety
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Participate in care planning and rehabilitation team meetings
- Follow treatment protocols, safety guidelines, and applicable state and federal regulations
- Promote a resident-centered approach to rehabilitation
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
- Current PTA certification and Pennsylvania license in good standing
- SNF, long-term care, or geriatric experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-focused care
