It’s time to move up – Domino’s Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers. It’s a tough job that needs a natural leader with judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask. Responsibilities Responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. Set the example by following all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expecting the same from the crew. Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability. Deliver product by car to customers, deliver flyers and door hangers, and navigate adverse terrain while carrying product. Qualifications Operate all equipment. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler. Prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility approximately daily. Orientation and training provided on the job. Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use a calculator). Must be able to make correct monetary change. Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination between eyes, hands, and fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed. Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle (for delivery). Essential Functions & Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly. Make correct monetary change. Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for orders. Motor coordination for precise movements. Computer keyboard or touch‑screen proficiency. Communication skills to give written and verbal instructions. Driving navigation skills to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area. Work Conditions Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36° F to 90° F or higher. Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools (up to 500 °F or higher), and sharp edges with moving mechanical parts. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing stairs or ladders, pushing/pulling trays, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, hand coordination, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Delivery duties involve carrying food and beverages while walking, climbing, and driving to customers.
