Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Perinatal Services / Labor & Delivery – Texas

Start Date: October 26, 2026

Location: Corpus Christi, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Full-Time

Requirements:

• Active RN License in Texas or Compact State
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association only)
• Current ACLS certification (American Heart Association only)
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Current certification from AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring OR NCC Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM)
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
• One year of experience in perinatal services or related nursing specialty preferred
• Recent perinatal nursing practice or completion of Perinatal RN Residency preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care utilizing assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Administer medications and treatments following appropriate protocols; monitor effectiveness and side effects
• Address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
• Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided accurately and thoroughly
• Assess learning needs and provide patient and family education
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate to care team members as needed
