Full Cycle Sales Representatives

What You'll Do

As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you'll work directly with potential customers in your assigned territory and manage the sales process from beginning to end. Meet and engage with potential customers through face-to-face field sales.

Start conversations and build genuine rapport with a variety of people.

Ask questions to understand customer needs and goals.

Present insurance solutions clearly and explain their value.

Handle customer questions and objections professionally.

Guide customers through the decision-making and purchasing process.

Negotiate and close sales while providing a positive customer experience.

Manage your daily schedule, territory, and sales activities.

Maintain accurate customer and sales information.

Consistently work toward individual sales and activity goals.

hold or be willing to obtain a Life & Health Insurance license

Reliable personal vehicle for traveling within the assigned territory.
