need previous industry experience to apply. We provide training resources and continued support as you learn the role. What does a Global Travel Specialist actually do

A client may come to you knowing exactly where they want to go or they may only have a rough idea. Your job is to help turn that starting point into an organized plan. That can mean researching destinations comparing accommodations reviewing transportation options coordinating activities assisting with reservations keeping track of confirmations and helping clients understand what comes next. Youll also communicate with clients throughout the process so they arent left wondering where things stand. A typical day might include:

Responding to a new client inquiry Learning a clients preferences dates and priorities Researching destinations and available options Comparing accommodations transportation or activities Organizing reservation and confirmation details Following up with clients who need additional information Making updates when plans change Keeping client records and trip details accurate Helping make sure important deadlines or details arent missed No two client requests will look exactly the same so being adaptable and willing to research is important. Youre the person who likes having the details handled. You enjoy researching before making a decision. You communicate well with different personalities. You can manage several things without losing track of what still needs to be done. Youre comfortable learning new websites apps and online systems. And most importantly youre dependable. Clients need someone who will communicate follow up and stay involved throughout the process. Experience is welcome but not required.

Backgrounds in customer service hospitality administration reservations sales scheduling or other client-facing work can transfer well into this position. However were more interested in finding individuals who are

organized coachable professional and willing to learn

This position is completed remotely and offers flexibility in how you organize your schedule. Youll receive: Training
