Job Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements change management strategies to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative, and devises plans that maximize employee acceptance and usage and minimize resistance.
- Assures projects relating to change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.
- Focuses on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organization structures.
- Promotes speedy adoption, more employee utilization, and proficiency with the changes that impact employees.
- To apply the Prosci methodology, coach key change roles, assess change impacts, lead change management efforts, manage delivery timelines, lead communication efforts, support training, address resistance, and establish change metrics.
Skills:
- Change Management Expertise (Prosci Methodology)
- Organizational Change Management (OCM) Delivery
- Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
- Design and support training programs
- Prosci change management framework
Education/Experience:
- Prosci change management certification
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of relevant experience at a global company
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
