Operations Support Associate

Summary The Operations Support Associate helps ensure smooth day-to-day retail store operations. This primarily non-selling role supports inventory processing, stockroom organization, sales floor replenishment, and customer service. Responsibilities Process deliveries, merchandise, RFID inventory scans, replenishment, transfers, and ship-to-home orders. Maintain organized inventory, stockroom cleanliness, and store presentation standards. Support sales associates with stock checks and merchandise delivery, and assist customers when needed. Participate in visual merchandising, training, and other store operations as business needs require. Requirements Back-of-house or similar experience in a high-volume specialty environment is preferred. Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues. Ability to lift or climb as needed and work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group
