Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk

Position Summary Provides part-time accounts payable and administrative support to the Business Office, ensuring accurate processing and maintenance of financial transactions and records. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Processes invoices and matches documentation to purchase orders. Creates payment vouchers in Colleague and maintains supporting A/P records. Maintains vendor documentation, including W-9s, credit applications, and tax exemption forms. Reviews student accounts for holds prior to refund processing. Organizes and files A/P check batches and related documentation. Provides general administrative and mail support for the Business Office. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent. One (1) year of post-secondary training or equivalent relevant experience. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Associate degree. One (1) year of related office, bookkeeping, administrative, or customer service experience. Bilingual English/Spanish. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and office practices. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with computers and standard office equipment. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
