As a Facility Associate with Ming Self Storage you will be one of the most important pieces to our team, building relationships with clients and providing a positive experience for all that walk through our doors. With two convenient locations, we proudly serve Germantown, Logan, Brewerytown, Northern Liberties, and Nicetown neighborhoods and beyond! Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: Opening and closing facility Maintaining efficient and friendly communication with clients Leasing self-storage space. This includes executing rental contracts and collecting applicable fees File maintenance; must be organized Assist customers with U-haul rentals Telephone management Following up with customers regarding delinquent balances Sweeping u-haul trucks and vacant units Lite maintenance Assist customers with lock issues Daily walk through Keeping Store merchandise filled and organized Performing daily lock checks at the directive of the Facility manager Collection calls Understanding and complying with all lien process regulated by the State of Pa.
