Conduct in-depth fact-finding to understand each clients financial situation, life stage, goals, and coverage gaps. Recommend suitable life insurance products (term, whole, universal, etc.) based on client needs and company offerings. Prepare and present customized life insurance proposals with clear value articulation. Close sales efficiently while maintaining a consultative, needs-based approach. Pipeline & Lead Management Manage and prioritize leads using CRM tools and daily call lists. Follow up consistently with warm leads (including in-book customers) and referrals to move them through the sales funnel. Schedule and conduct policy reviews with existing policyholders to identify cross-sell or upsell opportunities.
