Join a hands-on toolroom where you'll build, machine, and maintain precision tooling that directly supports production. This role is ideal for candidates progressing from junior-level skills into a fully independent machinist role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Machine and maintain tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures
- Operate manual and CNC equipment (mills, grinders, lathes)
- Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
- Perform part fitting, assembly, and adjustments
- Hold tight tolerances (±.0005" or better)
- Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Support tooling improvements and production uptime
- 2-7 years machining or tool & die experience (or trade school + shop experience)
- Working knowledge of milling, grinding, and machining processes
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measurement tools
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow
- CNC setup or editing experience
- Toolroom or production support background
- Experience with tight-tolerance work
- Grinding experience preferred. (Surface, I.D/O.D and form grinding)
- High school diploma or GED
- Able to lift a maximum of 40 pounds
- Able to stand 8-10 hours per day at assigned work area
- Background check required
