Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and premium Handyman to join the Mr. Handyman team! In this role, you will perform residential and light commercial maintenance work that may include drywall, painting, insulating, carpentry, repairing mechanical equipment, repairing buildings, floors, or stairs, and installing new equipment and fixtures... basically, you'll do anything in and around the home and business that doesn't require an electrician's or plumber's license.

You are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. Significant past experience as a professional maintenance worker is highly preferred and a positive attitude is a must!

Responsibilities:

Repair homes, businesses, machines, equipment, or structures, using tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electrical or electronic testing devices

Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a handyman / general maintenance

Own your own tools

Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (OSHA)

Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry

Must be qualified to perform at heights above thirty (30) feet with the use of a ladder, lift, or bucket truck boom

Ability to lift 40+ lbs on a consistent basis

You don't have to be able to do everything, but you do need to be well-rounded and able to learn!
