Registered Nurse - Step Down Unit

12-hour day shifts, weekends as scheduled.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Step Down Unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care to typical step-down type patients, including those recovering from procedures and critical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, including vital signs.
• Titrate drips as required, including Nitroglycerine, Neo, and Cardene.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Experience in step-down or IMU units preferred.
