Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift (approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Job Description:

We are seeking caring and dependable individuals to join our Day Program team. In this role, you will support adults with disabilities in a facility-based setting by encouraging personal growth, promoting independence, and creating engaging daily experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist participants with daily living activities while promoting independence.
• Support personal care needs and medication assistance as required.
• Plan and facilitate engaging activities such as arts, crafts, music, games, and life skills development.
• Encourage participation in social and recreational programming.
• Monitor participant progress and complete required documentation accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to provide consistent, high-quality support.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all participants.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for extended periods and assisting with mobility when needed.
• Ability to successfully complete required background screenings and employment clearances.
• Willingness to obtain CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience is not required; paid training is provided.
• Candidates from customer service, retail, hospitality, food service, education, healthcare, childcare, or other people-focused backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
