Delegate tasks and supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians. Maintain open and ongoing communication with hospital departments to ensure that patient, staff and hospital needs are met. Credentials: Current state licensure or certification on or before the first day of employment required. CPR certification preferred unless otherwise required by hospital policy. Successful completion of a degree from an accredited bachelor’s or master’s program, plus sufficient experience in the field essential. Demonstrated competence in physical therapy evaluation, assessment, care planning and treatment. Effective communication skills for working with patients, families and caregivers required. Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence‑based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle. Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice). Passion for evidence‑based, patient‑centered care. Compensation: 80,000–95,000 + Sign On Bonus of 5k + weekly bonus based on patient volume up to an additional 8k per year.
