Location: Downtown Chicago, IL | 100% Onsite

Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hours

Job Description:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Manage a portfolio of accounts and outstanding balances
• Speak with customers regarding personal, business, and use-tax accounts
• Negotiate payment arrangements and potential solutions
• Document conversations and account activity accurately
• Navigate challenging conversations professionally
• Maintain compliance with applicable collection policies and regulation

Looking for:

• High school diploma required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Excellent verbal communication and computer skills
• Comfortable handling approximately 100–150 calls per day
• Comfortable working with difficult or frustrated customers
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Previous xhqgsiq collections, credit, billing, or high-volume call center experience is highly preferred

Additional details:

• Monday-Friday only
• No weekend shifts
• First two weeks of training are 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Potential schedules afterward include 8:00-5:00, 8:30-5:30, or 9:00-6:00
