Must-Have:
- Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical area.
- Strong knowledge of psychological counseling theory and techniques.
- Skills in mental health screening, patient assessment, and clinical documentation.
- Experience in psychological counseling and crisis intervention.


Description:
The successful candidate should be able to perform all functions at a pace and level consistent with job performance requirements.
Conduct mental health screenings and assessments based on a review of available records and clinical interviews.
Provide treatment to clients by developing, implementing, and modifying individual treatment plans based on an evaluation of needs and level of functioning.
Document treatment and evaluation activities in the healthcare record for each individual seen.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive materials and information at all times.
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of psychological counseling theory and techniques used for individuals in caseload.
Provide appropriate mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis interventions to address the needs of clients.
Candidates must have open availability for scheduling as needed per client scheduling policy.
