As a Sales Professional, you will assist customers throughout the entire vehicle-buying process—from the initial conversation and vehicle selection through the final transaction, delivery, and follow-up.Our goal is to ensure every customer feels heard, valued, and confident in their decision. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with people, are motivated to succeed, and understand the importance of providing an exceptional customer experience. This is a full-time, commission-based position with excellent earning potential for motivated sales professionals.Responsibilities include greeting customers and providing a welcoming, professional dealership experience; building relationships with customers and identifying their individual vehicle needs, preferences, and budget; assisting customers in selecting new and pre-owned vehicles; providing knowledgeable and professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations; conducting test drives and explaining vehicle features, technology, and benefits; responding promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom customers; maintaining consistent communication and follow-up with prospective and existing customers; accurately maintaining customer information and sales activity within the dealership CRM; working closely with sales management and the finance department to provide a smooth and efficient purchasing experience; staying current on Mercedes-Benz products, technology, available inventory, incentives, and programs; following up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and encourage long-term relationships and referrals; meeting or exceeding individual sales and customer satisfaction goals; and representing Mercedes-Benz of Oklahoma City professionally at all times.Qualifications include previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate; previous experience in sales, luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; professional appearance and demeanor; strong customer service and relationship-building skills; self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven; comfortable working in a commission-based sales environment; ability to learn vehicle technology, features, and product information; basic computer skills and the ability to learn dealership CRM systems; valid driver's license and acceptable driving record; and ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including Saturdays.Comprehensive benefits package including employer-paid life insurance up to $25,000, with additional coverage available; annual employer-paid flu vaccination; employer matching 401k contributions up to 3%; employer-paid short-term and long-term disability insurance; reimbursement for jury duty pay difference for full-time employees (up to two weeks per year); paid vacation time: 1 week/year after one year of employment, 2 weeks/year after two years, and 3 weeks/year after five years; paid sick leave: 3 days/year; paid bereavement leave: 3 days/year for immediate family members; online access (PC and Apps) to Payroll (Clocking in & out) & Benefits Data; toll free payroll & benefits number to call for help M-F 7 AM to 10:30 PM (CST); access to LifeCare (24 hours a day), a Work-Life Employee Assistance Program.
